When good/service differentiation is used, there will be greater focus on reliability, efficiency of delivery and uniformity of quality. As Fruity Fro-Yo grew, larger volumes of inventory needed to be purchased. While the business beforehand had a variety of suppliers, it underwent supplier rationalisation to reduce the number of suppliers. This helped to support Fruity Fro-Yo’s cost leadership strategic role of operations, as with few suppliers more bulk purchases could be made leading to cost reductions. Christopher Harte and Emily Gold are life long neighbors since childhood, their friendship blossom into love and soon after it ends in a tragic death. Chris and Emily were inseparable throughout their childhood. They did everything with one another.
